Im November 2019 habe ich meinen Bachelor in Architektur an der Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta abgeschlossen. Meine Hobbys sind Malen, Wandern und Reisen.

Ich wohne im Internationalen Volunteerhouse Dortmund. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel, warm und voller Freude. Ich wohne bei Espérance und Georges (Süd-Nord-Freiwillige aus der DR Kongo) und wir warten auf Adelia (Süd-Nord-Freiwillige aus Indonesien).

Ich arbeite bei der Evangelischen Jugend Dortmund. Anfangs machte ich mir große Sorgen, wie ich in dieses Team passen würde. Aber es ist nur in meinen Gedanken. Alle Leute sind sehr nett und heißen mich willkommen. Sehr schön ist auch, dass das Team mir die Möglichkeit gibt meine Interessen und Erfahrungen ein zu bringen.

Als Freiwillige freue ich mich darauf, in Deutschland speziell in der Kontakstelle Neues zu lernen und während meines Freiwilligendienstes persönlich zu wachsen.

My name is Louis Sri Ananda Purba. I am 23 years old from Indonesia. I am a UEM South-North Volunteer 2021/2022. In November 2019, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. My hobbies is painting, hiking and traveling.

I am living at International Volunteers House Dortmund. The house is very comfortable, warm and filled with lots of joy. I am living with Espérance and Georges (South-North Volunteer from DR Congo), and we are waiting for Adelia (South-North Volunteer from Indonesia).

I work for the Evangelische Jugend Dortmund(Kontakstelle). At first I was very worried about how I would fit into this team. But it's only in my mind. All the people are very nice and welcome me. It is also very nice that the team gives me the opportunity to contribute my interests and experiences.

As a volunteer, I am looking forward to learning new things in Germany, especially in Kontakstelle, and to growing personally during my voluntary service.
